"The rooms that are not the villas are less than ideal. The furniture is terrible ! The windows are glass shutters which is fine, but be prepared. There was absolutely no parking so that was not fun either. We left early. The smell of marijuana along with a stiff environment made us feel a bit misplaced."

"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "

We also liked the Chinese restaurant within the property that had very good service and delicious food. We didn’t like the fact that the check-in counter agent was very slow in such a simple check in procedure. "I was a great place to relax, eat and shop. Everything you want to enjoy is at the property. The beach is amazing and we rented an umbrella and chairs to sit by the beach. Sea food is so delicious at the restaurants by the hotel. People are nice and friendly."

"Destination fee of $50, and credit of $25 to food and beverages, or other souvenir does not make any sense. Staff were very helpful, Sera restaurant was very good."

"Hello, I must say the view of this hotel is nice, it is located on the downtown area which doesn’t seem to be a busy place like Miami which was a plus. The hotel staff on arrival was great with a friendly and caring personality. Our room that was given to us was not up to our Standards, this room needed major renovation overall. "All rooms had an ocean view. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were close to the rest of our party who had booked separately. Even though it was busy the design of the towers made it not feel crowded at all. The pools were perfect with amazing sunsets! We were within a very short walk you our outstanding back to back Pink Sails turtle snorkeling and then coming off one of their boats to hop on another one to go on a whale watching tour. "Nice location. Only problem was we were on a floor with a lot of pet friendly rooms and dogs would bark early morning or late evening. This is not a hotel fault but pet owners. Only wish they would have let me know."
