"We had three people in the room. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made. When asked about it they said we would have to make the bed ourselves. I asked twice for another blanket. After one-half hour I had to hunt down a room service person and went with her to get a blanket"

The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"The room was super nice, it had a Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave, and some bowls/mugs/utensils. They have kayaks on the property but unfortunately we couldn't go out on the bay due to the storms they had, but the view of the bay from our room looked absolutely gorgeous. So the fabulous pool + hot tub really came in handy for our stay. There are chickens + roosters so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. And there are some really sweet cats on the property as well (we fell in love...

"Enjoyed the full breakfast before heading out for the day. Location was convenient to city bus service and airport shuttle service very reliable. I had read previous reviews, so knew there would be traffic noise, there are 3 levels of traffic and did hear noise all night long. We had to adjust the air conditioner to help with the room dampness."

"Great place for any family to stay. Free parking for the first car. I like the chinese resturant down stairs with good food and prices. I would stay there again if I had to. Thank you."

"Good thing I bought the insurance on this reservation. Because the reservation never actually happened we were removed from the property by construction crew because it was under renovations and when we tried to contact the property owner no one would answer. We literally had to talk to the neighbors in order to get some answers."

"Very nice, walkable. Lagoon is a beautiful addition. Pool with slide hours is minimal. Rainbow tower, great view. I was told I received an upgrade only to find they host a luau out on the lawn below my 14th floor room. Quite loud. Not enough elevators, wait long and often elevators full when they arrive and you wait long for them to return and leave and return. Waited up to 4 elevator loads to get up to the room/down to the lobby level. Overall, great place, very nice, super grateful to have...

"It was a great place for a budget friendly vacationer. The gym was very small and works for one to two people. If you want a gym don’t come here. Our door to the room was made of wood and was extremely hard to open and it was very loud when closed or opened because of the humidity and warping. Most rooms didn’t seem to be as bad as ours (rm #612). Pool was cool but not heated and it is more a lounging pool than a fun pool. No hot tubs even though it looks like there might be.
