"The Hotel was not like any other Holiday Inn I had been at before. This was a great stay and would come back . The breakfast is absolutely a one of a kind - with make your own options in the omelet and pancake station . The rooms and security was very nice and I felt safe there the entire time ."

"Very clean and very well located in the downtown area. Friendly Staff and delicious breakfast options. Downsize is that the restaurant opens at 7:30am, a little late for early activities. Thank you!"

"Excelente todo"

"This was the perfect hotel for our trip! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Omar answered all of our questions very patiently and gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to visit. It was close enough to walk to the historical center and other attractions. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop patio and felt like this was our home away from home as we explored the region around Queretaro."

"Todo excelente "

"Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The food was delicious, and the rooms were super clean. But the best part was definitely the staff, everyone goes above and beyond to give you the best experience! Osvaldo, Majo, Alex, thank you all so much for taking such good care of us!"
