Hotel di Pusat Bandar Gatlinburg

"This is a beautiful hotel. With it being new, they are still working out some kinks, but you can tell they are trying to make sure everyone has a good stay. The restaurant was great! We purchased breakfast with the reservation and were able to eat at the restaurant each morning at no additional cost. The room had great design, nice lighting and a great view. Walking distance to the strip. The pool area is awesome, parking was easy and they have Starbucks in the lobby! Would definitely come...

"Beautiful view of the creek but the hotel needs major update. Floor was uneven, bathroom fan was really loud and the pool area looks really outdated. Also, the picture of the lazy River looks bigger online than it actually is. Plus the staff sounded like they had some issues with each other."

"Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a musty smell. The bedding and furniture looked worn and unclean, and the walls were cracked and peeling. The property is clearly in need of a complete renovation. Unfortunately, the photos on the website bear little resemblance to the actual condition of the accommodations and are extremely misleading."

"This is an historical property - very good location with parking. If you come later in the day, the parking is down a hill from the entrance. Room is dated, bathroom is small, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is fine. Room was clean."

"We stayed in the newer part of the property. The building is very run down. Hallways and stairs are filthy. The room itself was clean for the most part except the bathroom was very rundown and needs upgrading. There was a large wet spot above the shower and you could hear something leaking onto it. It was gross. The toilet is slow to the ground your squatting. "

"Every room was dirty, pool was unusable, breakfast was simple not many choices and cards for rooms stopped working many times!! It was very unfortunate as it was in such a great location. I spent one full hour cleaning the room. And spent an extra $30 on cleaning supplies. Rugs seem to have never been cleaning and the place is completely outdated with a musty smell."
