"Great hotel option for downtown Asheville. Easy walk to dining and bars. The staff at this location were amazing - so helpful, friendly, and happy to be there. I call this out because it was so refreshing! Our room was spotless and almost sterile which is great for a pet friendly hotel. Parking was easy as well. The nice touch award was the eucalyptus shower steamer pod available in the morning! Will come back. "

This was compounded once we got into the hotel and saw how nice the accommodations were. Obviously, the management has read the book unreasonable hospitality, because everyone operates that way at this hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful and accommodating.
