"Not the best place to stay in Asheville. Facility could use a face lift. On our travels from Florida to Michigan, this was one of our stops. This was the noisiest hotel we stayed at. Not from the outside but from the inside. We could hear our neighbor raise and lower their blinds. The cleaning crew in the morning were slamming doors and other things in the hallway. the room had a musty odor. There are better located hotels in the downtown area. "Toilet paper holder coming off the wall. Bulbs out in the bathroom, bathroom light hanging at an angle, toilet handle came off, hair, and dust all over the cupboard doors. Valet staff excellent."

"Red Rocker Inn was ideal for our needs. The rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Keurig machines and plenty of coffee in the rooms. Plenty of free parking. Staff were attentive and helpful. We have family nearby, so it is ideal for larger gatherings. Never got a chance to try the restaurant for dinner, but by all accounts, it too is very good. We're lookin forward to our next stay."

"I enjoyed my stay at Skylarnna Resort. The hotel was quiet, and the scenery was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the on-site pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay, so we had to go off-site for meals and drinks. Even though those facilities were closed, it would have been nice to still have the option to purchase bottled water or other beverages on-site.
