"Location is a 12 out of 10! In the heart of Times Square/Theater District area. The service from concierge, to front desk, to housekeeping was fantastic. We were there during the NYC snow storm and they had a room ready for us at noon instead of their usual check in time of 3 pm, which was very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and clean! CVS pharmacy is right next door in case any snacks/essentials are needed. We will come back and stay here again! The only negative for a luxury hotel is that they don’t have a coffee maker in the room - it wasn’t a big deal as they have a cafe in main lobby where you can purchase coffee but a coffee maker in the room would be a nice addition. "

"The room was clean! The bed was comfortable. Heater worked fast. The staff were so kind to these Floridians during Winter Storm Fern! We would absolutely stay again. You cannot beat this location!!!"
