"We had 3 families staying just for a night after visiting Kartchner Caverns in Benson, Az. The hotel was amazing. A welcoming happy hour with drinks and snacks for the entire family. Plus a delicious warm made to order omlette in the morning before we all headed home. I will definitely stay here again. BTW our kids so enjoyed the pool and hot tub."

"Pros: Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in. Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels. Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant. "We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...
