"Many staff were not friendly while others were, could be a culture clash. Rooms were amazing and air cond. worked well. Gym is top of the line. Spa was ok, nothing extraordinary but for the rate it suffices. Breakfast is amazing! Pool hours are limited."

"We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day...

"This property was a huge disappointment. It advertised as a four star but was more like a two star hotel. The rooms were old and sad. Staff were rude and inattentive. The only plus is the location as it is walking distance to many interesting sites. We tried to minimize our time in the hotel."
