"The photos they use to advertise their rooms are not accurate and there is a free roaming bird that poops all over the house. There was poop on our walls as well as mold in our shower."

"This hotel is unique, sort of a hidden gem tucked away. You would not think there was a hotel there. Once in the property, everything is out of place but in place. Very nostalgic. Once in the room it felt like home. It had a homely feeling to it. The room felt like my own. Great spot"

"The room was nice enough, bathroom is older and could really use a new toilet that isn’t from the 1980s - isn’t water efficiency a thing in the GVA? Our room was cleaned the first couple of days and then a miscommunication resulted in no cleaning for our last couple of days. All of this was fine, just things that happen but the price I was promised was not delivered. Due to FIFA games the prices were astronomical for the quality of the hotel/motel. Around $500 for Saturday night - just...

"The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...

"Love this place - check in took 2 seconds compared to 1/2 hr. at other hotels. Straight to my room and everything was clean, comfy, good wifi and tv. No coffee maker but a microwave and pop machine with snacks. Yes hallway carpets stained but not a Plus pets are FREE. Thank you for the no frills no b.s. check in. I'll be back!"
