"Excellent location brilliant staff"

"The restaurant and cafe staff seemed unhappy and the level of service was poor. Only liked the room and bathroom is decent, however had no bath tub or dressing table to get ready. Spa facilities are great. Overall wouldn’t stay again, wasn’t welcomed or made feel special for our wedding anniversary. Has a good Indian restaurant called Madhu’s but the staff doesn’t understand basic English. Poor service too."

"We arrived late, entered the room and thought "there's nothing here". No restaurant, no breakfast, no bar.. just a reception a room a shower and a bed. Our view was a blind wall full of graffiti and after the first night I was ready to pack it up and go. The next morning we met Sam. Sam is the person who entertains the guests and how! "Excellent hotel, great location, great breakfast buffet, service here is not so great, i asked for an orange juice and the waitress told me the i had to serve it myself. Lol. Dont buy jewery at the hotel shops, way to expensive. Do it at the Gran Bazar. Concierge was great. Helped me a lot."

"Hotel location is great, rooms are clean. The hotel is already old now and must be renovated. The rooms and bathrooms are in bad shape. Room service was ok but not that good for the overpriced meals. Outside pool is amazing but no staff on sight"

"I had bad luck. We got in late and were tired from long day of travel. We were given a beautiful room but no air conditioning. We left frontbdoor open withba garbage pail and opened the windows but after 3 or 4 visits from lovely staff we got moved to another room and had to repack.... Some staff / concierge exceptional but hotel did nothing regarding costs."

"Great location right in the heart of Taksim. Our room had an amazing view, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. While the room was a bit small for two people, the stunning view more than made up for it. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Bedriye, who was incredibly kind and kept our room spotless every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!"
