While I was swimming, the poolside staff quietly placed a glass of ice water by my bench without me even asking. It was a small gesture, yet incredibly thoughtful and indicative of their attention to detail. Breakfast was easily the highlight. The banh mi pork was one of the best I’ve had in town. For dinner, Square One is a must-try, especially the Vietnamese spring rolls, which were executed wonderfully. The hotel strikes a great balance between classic elegance and personalized service. It’s not just luxurious, it feels intentional and heartfelt."

Close to the HCMC metro Opera House station (stop 2), short walk to Ben Thanh Market, Ben Nghe Street food, Vincom Dong Khoi shopping mall,- convenient supermarket Winmart on lower level, Saigon Square, and Saigon Centre. Food court and restaurants in the malls. Very convenient location close to all the main attractions. Staff was wonderful and went over and beyond to ensure a very comfortable stay. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you so much! "

"My guest leaves early by one day and they informed the staff more than a day before departure but the staff said they cannot handle it because their manager is not there. I called Expedia to handle it and Expedia got to the same situation like me. The next day their manager said it is over cancellation time and they will not give any refund. I actually did not ask for a refund but for a credit for the next stay, which was also rejected by their manager. NO HOSPITALITY and a ATTITUDE PROBLEM when they reply my message by a pdf email."
