They even offered to use their personal charger to help me charge my phones because I didn’t bring the 110V converter for my chargers. They not only helped book Grab for me but they also checked and keep me updated on driver’s arrival status and made sure I sit in a comfortable, air conditioned area until my Grab arrived.
