The tap clearly needs replacing, and the shower only sprayed a fine mist of water — I understand it’s probably designed to save water, but it meant my shower took about four times longer than usual. The bathroom products also felt quite cheap and left both my hair and skin feeling dry. The hair dryer was very weak, so don’t expect it to do much if you need to dry your hair properly. "Unfortunately there was a stain over the carpet and settee cushions. Stayed in room 203. The staff were very helpful. They worked well even tho Unfortunately due to a blown fuse during breakfast this made it chaotic. Would of made it slightly better had the staff made an announcement as I could see what was happening lots of people weren't aware and kept trying to use the drinks machines without power. But otherwise I stay was lovely as its location is perfect for city site seeing due to the...

"We booked this as it was near Stratford and we were going to the theatre at Stratford East. It was a bit of a walk, but that was fine. The room served a purpose and was adequate, if you want tea/coffee in your room collect it from the reception area (there is a kettle in the room) bed linen and towels were fresh and clean and tbh we had a great nights sleep- there was no 'City View' but we had a lovely church to look at... all in all it served a purpose as previously said. ... needs some big...

"Awful, the worst place imaginable for a peaceful stay. The place was filthy, the staff rude, and the website promised many things like a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, etc. It was horrible. The neighbors mentioned the nightlife; the neighborhood was dirty, dangerous, and full of drug addicts and homeless people. I spent half my time sleeping there. I absolutely do not recommend it."
