"My second time of visiting as a solo female traveller from the U.K. checking in was amazing and staff friendly. The solo room was perfect includes a fridge. In the lobby is a microwave. The eco clean is great but they still left clean towels etc outside the door. Would’ve liked the option of another pillow as was only one. Having a bath was a bonus especially after a raining long day. The breakfast was delicious and a great introduction to Korean food and the staff always welcomed you warmly. I will always try to book this hotel when I come to Gangnam again."

"Check in was through kiosk but staff had to home help anyways, so why not just have a check in person? The kiosk to check out also didn’t work, and no staff was present. I ended up dropping the keys in a box that said to drop keys."

"We stayed for 2 weeks and it was very convenient to have the laundry and kitchen in the room. The hotel is a little outdated but clean and spacious with good restaurants. The location was amazing. The gym is pretty much non functional. Some of the front desk staff was not so friendly but the other hotel staff were great. "

"My husband and I stayed 9 days, we had a really good time with Mr.Park(?). He is working at 3rd floor lounge. He made us an amazing memories. We will visit there again."
