"Thisis our second time visiting Chengdu and staying at the same property. Location is great and brealfast is delicious and sufficient, free laundry, very convinient. The staff is amazing, very kind, just wonderful. Any time I will be in town, this hotel is my choice!"

"Attentive staff, beautiful facilities. The breakfast buffet is amazing with both Chinese and Western items! My only complaint is the gym - while the equipment is world class and the view is beautiful, the gym for some reason doesn’t have cleaning wipes. The equipments are not clean! I brought my own wet ones and wiped everything down. Also the water and tea in the dispenser were probably never changed!! It smelled wrong and my friend took a sip and had to spit it out. He said it tasted like sulfur?! There were also always a couple of kids just playing in the gym - it was pretty disruptive. I wish they managed the gym better. Other than that my stay was great!! I don’t think one can find another Ritz at this price point."

Hotel is well designed and maintained, with helpful staff providing great information. Note if you take a taxi to the hotel, the driver can not send you directly to the hotel, but a easy walk towards front gate. Great stay, and we will surely be back for our next trip."
