Lee, dining room host was wonderful. Shuttle service was a bonus to get to and from various locations. Victor from Heritage booked several activities and cabs for us. He was always available to assist. On-site dining was excellent with breakfast buffet included with our booking level. Highly recommend this place. "

The staff are friendly, offering service that is second to none, nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant is first class with a wide selection of delicious meals. To cap it off all of this is available at very affordable rates."

"I really love this property and I love the garden. I hope one day they will put some Shona statues in the garden that was just top it off. However, if you book a standard room, expect to find met minor issues with it. If you book there, more expensive rooms, you’re likely not to find these minor issues. I ordered several dinner meals at an extra charge of $15 from the staff. I found a level of experience with cooking varied greatly that could be because I eat primarily a plant-based diet. I...

"Very nice lodge in Victoria Falls. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, with a big bathroom, and the gardens and general ambience were lovely. The only thing we could possibly criticise slightly are the restaurant, which doesn't offer a lot of choice - but that probably reflects the limitations of a relatively small lodge versus a big hotel."
