Home away from home

Always lovely to stay at Armadale, such a nice break from faceless corporate chains. Welcoming staff and made to feel like home. I’ll certainly be back for stay number four at some time soon!

Amazing Hospitality

Will be back they stay just too short. From the mangers on duty to the Chef everything was done to perfection the best was the meals which the chef put together with his heart.

Quiet and reliable internet/power. A gem in Zim!

Warm and friendly staff that will customize your experience for you. From breakfast, to lunch and dinner. Very helpful. Internet is stable. The issues at the hotel are issues with Zimbabwe. However Nicola (the owner) has really tried to have back up plans for electricity - which affects water and internet. The hotel has a generator which is good news for everyone!! Awesome water pressure and good hot water. It's quiet and only has 10 rooms, so it's quite pleasant. It's close to a small and good mall right 5 mins drive away but it is is about 10-15 mins drive from the city center. I commuted every day to the city center and it was quite easy. I also stayed with my husband and 3 year old daughter and all worked well. Great for them to also include laundry!

Loved the Lodge

The lodge has a very homey type atmosphere. All of the employees are very warm and friendly. The decor is also inviting. It was a great stay in Harare.

An Absolute Gem!

I love this place! It might not be quite as polished as some of the other lodges, but the service and staff here are second to none. This feels very much like it's your home for the duration of your visit. The rooms are very comfortable, and the specially made toiletries are a lovely touch. Nikki and her team are doing a wonderful job and nothing beats the welcome hou receive when you arrive here.

Fantastic Hotel

Comfortable, homely, personal touch, pleasant rooms, nice garden. I will not be staying anywhere else when I go to Zimbabwe in future. It's a smaller lodge so I hope the rest of you don't over subscribe it. One of those gems you don't find very often.
