"View and service were amazing. There is a bus station in front of the hotel parking from Lijiang old Town. The bus will stop at Tiger Leaping Gorge first, then ending at this hotel. We've spent a night here then took another bus direct to Shangri La the next day. "

"The room is modern and spacious. Excellent location as it’s just next to the old town. Staff is very friendly. As we had 2 rooms, I’ve emailed to the hotel in advance to have it near to each other. It was nice that they did as the hotel’s layout is like a courtyard style. So you can imagine if one has to walk from one building to the other in the cold. It was also great that they had the WeChat services which enable guest to contact the hotel directly for any request. Thought the idea was...

"The twin bed is so comfi. It has aircond. It is quiet room. I couldnt hear any next door talkg or tv noise. I slept through the night. Highly recommended."

"This manor is a wonderful retreat featuring unique and beautifully designed villas. The property was distinctly Chinese in style and quite attractive. The villa I stayed in was well appointed, with a spacious bathroom and heated floors. It also offered a very private, generously sized outdoor yard with a hot tub, as well as a traditional Chinese wooden gazebo, perfect for sipping tea and relaxing. The restaurant was excellent, and Kadi, the general manager, provided truly exceptional service....

"The hotel had turned off their air conditioning system which was not known to us until to late, if I was told this at check in I would not have stayed. Staffs solution was to provide a fan but the temperature in the room still was at 25 which is too hot for me to sleep. A poor lack of communication for a calibre of this hotel. "

"Swimming pool opened at 6:30am. Check out late at 3:20pm didn’t cost anything. Staffs were nice."

"Overall condition is good, but, not a up to date hotel, opened since 2015, but facility is considered old. Need some effort to bring up the facility. Bath tub also not working. "
