"i am very torn about this hotel. the surroundings of old town are excellent and hotel staff seem nice, hotel is beautidul. however if you are a foreigner and want to stay here you should not ask the english speaking staff for advice or trust anything they say. "I think the property space is great. We upgraded ourselves to 3 bedrooms villa, while it was great, it wasn't very well maintain. There wasn't much to do nearby the hotel, Shuhe old town was nearby but not really walking friendly too. However its till convenient to get a taxi or Didi to go around Lijiang main old town.
