"I really enjoyed my overnight here in Yuni. It's a small mountain style A frame coffee house connected to a nice corridor with only four rooms, so there isn't a lot of noise from other guests. "新しいし清潔だし1人部屋でもダブルで広めで快適。北広島駅直結で翌朝新千歳からの出発前乗りに最適でした。 朝食は札幌市内でもお目にかかれないくらいに豪華。特にサラダは6種類位あって(野菜の種類でなく、シーザーサラダやポテトサラダなどサラダの種類として6種類位)、とても健康的になれます。デザートも充実。ヌードルバーのフォーも美味しい。ただしビュッフェは洋食のみで和食は一切ありません。 一点気になったのは屋上についての案内。21時まで解放している、宿泊客はキーで入場できると記載があったので行ってみたら、たまたま屋上のエレベーター前にスタッフがいて「冬季は雪のため閉鎖している」と言われた。だったら前もってそう記載すべきだし、エレベーターで屋上階に行けてしまうのもおかしい。その点のみ、案内方法が残念でした。"

"Honestly great accommodation options if you arrive late or are leaving early. Entrance is within hotel and so no need to account for transit time and staff were helpful and friendly. The room itself is a bit dated, but clean and more than acceptable for an overnight stay. For facing the runway and gates it was almost no noise and the ease of checking out was high. Totally recommend for transit stays"

"This is a great stay in the winter. Cars picked us up from our room to go to the main lodge. Food was great. They have hot springs here. They arranged a taxi to the airport when their shuttle wouldn’t get us there on time. Could not ask for more of this hotel. Would highly recommend. Rooms very comfortable and spacious."

"I’m extremely DISAPPOINTED with the condition of the room during my stay. With a rate of over MYR1,000 per night, the experience did not reflect the standard expected from a Crowne Plaza property. The hotel room is so small for 3 person. Can only open 1 Large luggage and need to close it to open another large luggage. The bathtub was clogged, the exhaust vent was dirty and rusted, and the grab bars in the bathroom were corroded and unhygienic. Overall, the room looked worn and poorly maintained. (Photos attached.) Frankly, with that price point, I could have stayed at far better hotels in Sapporo. This was the WORST among all the hotels I’ve stayed at on this trip including both local and international chains. It was not worth the premium rate."
