Cari Hotel di Yamanashi

"I booked 2 rooms—one for myself and one for my subordinate. During dinner, we were given a small table to share. I wanted to have some quiet time alone after work, so I moved to an empty table nearby. A Japanese waiter (wearing a vest) came over and spoke very rudely, insisting that I must sit with my subordinate just because we knew each other. He even asked me to carry all my food back. The restaurant had many empty tables, and it was not busy at all during 8pm to 930pm. I felt very...

"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. Fuji's theme park is right next door, along with a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is connected to a traditional onsen, and as hotel guests, we receive complimentary entry. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with stunning views of Mount Fuji, and you...

"Unique Japanese style hotel. Very comfortable. Good location"

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "

"We had a great stay! The rooms had a beautiful traditional Japanese vibe, and we got to see Mount Fuji so clearly. It was such a nice experience and made our trip even more special. Would definitely recommend!"

"We loved this hotel. We picked it for the view of Fuji and it did not disappoint once the clouds had cleared. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are a reasonable size, the facilities are good and the breakfast is very good with plenty of variety (even for my wife who is vegan). We used the private sauna / Onsen facilities every day. (you cannot use the public Onsen / Sauna facilities if you have tattoos). we walked a lot locally and ran 5 - 10km every morning on the lakeside which was very...

"The kaiseki dinner in the private dining room was excellent and the hostess was a very kind. The breakfast was excellent too. But the hotel caters to large groups and children. The rooms have zero sound insulation so children running around or other upstairs guests moving furniture until midnight is very disruptive. Breakfast was served in the large group room , again with a lot of noisy children. While there were both women’s and men’s sides onsens (baths), the quality are not at all similar....

"- right by Lake Kawaguchi - super kind staff - large room (bedroom & tatami room) with a lake view - free shuttle"

"Amazing property with great location and staff was exceptional. The onsen the views and the incredible breakfast makes this place a gem"

"Geräumig, sauber, schön. Die Lage am Bahnhof ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber im Mobilheim hört man erstaunlich wenig."

"quick check in process. room was good size and facing Mount Fuji"

"Great stay at this place. Staffs are very welcoming. Fuji Mountain view was spectacular from our villa roof top. The only drawback is that the location is a little far from town- 15mins if you cycle or 30min walking. This will not be of a problem if you have own transport or, if you are fit, can rent a bicycle which is also fun. Hotel provide transportation from/to town but with limited timings. It would have been better if the following services are provided by the hotel; 1. Washer-Drier in...

"ほとんどの点で問題ありませんでしたが、2点ほど、気がついた点をご報告します。チェックインに30分位待たされ、座るところもなかったので、年寄りはくたびれました。 後もう一点は、ウォシュレットの水の温度が冷たかったので設定を変えようと思いましたが、操作方法がわからず、そのまま使うことになり、そこが快適とは言えませんでした。 その他は、とても清潔で、サービスも行き届いていたと思いました。"
