"I booked 2 rooms—one for myself and one for my subordinate. During dinner, we were given a small table to share. I wanted to have some quiet time alone after work, so I moved to an empty table nearby. A Japanese waiter (wearing a vest) came over and spoke very rudely, insisting that I must sit with my subordinate just because we knew each other. He even asked me to carry all my food back. "This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. Fuji's theme park is right next door, along with a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is connected to a traditional onsen, and as hotel guests, we receive complimentary entry. "The room was amazing and Mt. Fuji was extremely visible from the room. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond! We only wish the activities, cafe were closer to the room or if they would shuttle you to the cafe. To many steps to deal with."

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "

"I highly recommend Inn the Fuji for your trip. My sons said he still wants it for the next time if we will go to Mt Fuji, Fujiyoshida because the staff was super nice and helpful. Besides the room was big, clean, convenient, and quiet. I met its owner when I was walking to the Fujisan station also, he was very friendly."
