My stay at Pera Palas Hotel was one of the most relaxing and exquisite experiences I’ve had. The hotel blends beauty, history, and the finest Turkish hospitality. Every detail is thoughtfully considered.
Our three days were made even more special by the wonderful staff. From Esma Hanım, who showed us Atatürk's room, Agatha Christie’s room, and the famous lift from 1892, to Erdal, Ergun, and Enes at reception, the service was impeccable. Bellboys Kemal and Baran made sure we were comfortable, and the staff remembered our tea and coffee preferences, which was a lovely touch.
The breakfast was exceptional, with so much to choose from that we couldn’t sample everything. The olives were especially delicious! Sergen, Gamze, Doğuhan, and Hanife made our mornings even more delightful.
The bar and tea room offered a magnificent yet comfortable atmosphere, ideal for relaxation after a busy day. At the spa, Tarık Bey and the team at the Hamam gave us an unforgettable experience. My husband and I felt completely rejuvenated afterwards.
The hotel’s location is also fantastic—perfect for exploring Istanbul. All in all, our stay was flawless, and we can't wait to return."
