"The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The outdoor swimming pool and the spa were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I would definitely recommend this hotel. One suggestion: you don't have to have dinner at the hotel. There are probably better restaurants nearby offering better quality and value for money."

"27–29 Mayıs 2026 tarihlerinde ailemle birlikte Grand Termal Yalova Oteli’nde konakladık ve maalesef deneyimimiz çok kötüydü. Otele giriş yaptığımızda odamızda sadece bir adet ayak havlusu vardı. Bildirdikten sonra diğer havlular getirildi. Otelin genel hijyen durumu çok kötüydü; koridorlar, ortak alanlar ve çevre kirliydi. Odamızda banyoda küf vardı, balkon temiz değildi ve yataklar ile yastıklar çok eski ve rahatsızdı. Açık havuzun temizlendiği söylense de çalışanların ifadelerine göre Sağlık...
