"The hotel is lovely and the restaurant is delicious. Fantastic location and amenities. The spa is excellent. The valet (Knox) was such a sport, carrying our luggage up and down the stairs when the elevator went out of service. He had a great attitude and worked so hard for everyone with a smile on his face. "This is an exceptional hotel. I’ve stayed in luxury hotels of all kinds across the world and this boutique hotel in downtown Jackson steps right up. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant onsite was creative and outstanding. It’s currently expanding to include another restaurant with rooftop dining and adding a spa/wellness component.
