"My three adult children and I stayed for three nights in a cabin. The front office staff and check-in were excellent and helpful! The room exceeded our expectations. We did, however, have a glass light shade fall, and shatter. Dinner service at the café and food quality was good. Breakfast was more busy than the staff could handle, we waited 30 minutes in line for food, one cashier with a line 25 people deep and no lids for coffee for two mornings. This unfortunately cut into our in the park...

"Only stayed a night, marvellous hotel, beautiful interior, stunning lake views. Considerations request rooms away from reception area as customer traffic and entertainment , can be noisy am & pm. This does not detract from stay, we had an early start so happy to be up early . Dining room is magnificent, high quality food. Best steak ever. All staff gorgeous and helpful, polite, friendly add to stay Loved our stay."

"It was a great idea to experience sleeping in a teepee or so I thought. Rustic for sure with authentic dirt floor. Our teepee had holes in it. You have to make your own bed that a step above a mat on the ground. It does look like some of the teepee are getting upgraded but not ours. For $120 plus a night i expected better. The bathroom and shower were not clean either maybe they only get cleaned once a day and it wasn't checked the rest of the day. The views however are amazing as well as...

"There were 2 restaurants onsite which is very nice when you are staying within the park and a general store and a gas station I didn’t like: the dated room decor No AC the size of the room"

"The room was fine, nothing special, not super clean…but we only stayed for one night, so it was good for a one night stay. Bedding was clean, towels were clean…the flooring probably needs to be updated."
