"The Hotel was very cosy, lots of “stuff everywhere” on the walls etc, so very individual if that’s your thing.
Room was small but had everything, staff were polite and efficient, food good etc."

"Was able to drop bags in before check in & our apartment was then ready...was greeted by the delightful cleaning lady...who also left milk in the fridge for us...the decor & furniture was too my liking & accomadation was clean & had a fab central location, would defo book again, thank you "

"We were happy to find this property close to family near Redditch. Ample parking, comfortable room, bathroom was gorgeous. Be prepared to carry your bags up and down stairs as there is no lift (two staff members offered to carry them for us, which we declined but appreciated). Surprisingly, there is no fan in the bathroom, so after showers the room got humid and hot quite quickly. Using the table fan helped. The safety lock on the room door was broken. "Staff were so lovely, from check in, bar staff and at check out. A credit to the hotel to have such lovely staff! The room was spotlessly clean, and had everything that we needed, however, windows were tiny and not able to be opened. So slightly disappointing. Overall a good stay, and would d definately return ☺️"
