"The property was fine. The room temperature could not be adjusted, and the weather was very hot; we did not like sleeping with the windows open, as we were on the ground floor. This made our sleep uncomfortable. Everything else was great, and it suited our short stay needs."

Right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, parking at B4parking isn’t too far and you get a discount if you enter your vehicle registration on the tablet in the lobby when you check out. Only downside is the noise due to the bars around however that’s expected given the location "

"Great location close to centre. Could park for free outside property which was a real plus. Love the way place is decorated. Very comfortable large room, good bathroom and kitchen area. We had ground floor Maddox room and we found there was very little noise from Asda/outside. The only noise is the creaking floorboards from the upstairs room but then it is a very old building was part of the quirkiness of the place. "The building is new and still being worked on so in the morning a bit noisy. The apartment itself was clean and tastefully furnished but very Ikea. A few problems we had was there was no TV remote so couldnt use. Bins have no bags so didnt like to put used Teabags in, no cloths to wipe surfaces and only one 3/4 roll of furniture. We did phone to tell them incase they with held some of the holding deposit but they could bot get sorted as it was around 6pm."

"The property was clean but showing a lot of wear. The flooring was rotting in two places (kitchen and bathroom), and the plumbing leaked onto the floor when one of the bathroom sinks was used. If not for the plumbing and floors, it would have been much better. Otherwise comfortable, felt safe, quiet, and was in a convenient location. "
