"This was the least expensive hotel i could find in Wollongong so it was pretty good for the money. Good shared bathroom. Great shower. Needs soap in the bathrooms. Bedroom small tidy but very smelly. I cleaned the remote control with a towel and it was very dirty. Water pipes very noisy. A lamp and a box of tissues would be good in the room. Staff were very nice. I went to get some milk and the young woman at the bar was straight onto it. "

"Toilet ran out of toilet paper, and the spare rolls under the sink were completely soaked from water, don't know where the water was coming from. The bathroom ledge was completely covered in dead flying insects, and the couch was like sitting in concrete. All night all you could hear was banging doors, as all door entries would slam shut. Sliding glass door to the balcony was absolutely filthy from dirt that hadn't been cleaned in months."

"First off, the reception greeting was good very polite. But ask them something out of the ordinary and you get a blank stare. No comprehension of what you are asking. The manager says things are available to you, but the front desk know nothing about it. Keep in mind that there are new owners now who are doing catch ups in quite a few areas. On the surface everything looks clean spotless and tidy. But behind those washing machines, toilets and dyers are months of dust, powder and assorted...

As a result, the kitchen was only useful for making coffee and using the plates for meals bought outside—you can’t cook anything without basic cookware. "This was a last minute booking for a family getaway. I’m so glad we found this place because the kids loved it, we enjoyed the outdoor pool, it was clean and the water was warm. Definitely will be back again. "
