"Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet."

"I love this resort. It is beautifully presented and its facilities are fantastic. However, it’s best quality is the staff. They are so helpful and accommodating. "We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was great, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection every morning. It had everything you could ask for on a family holiday, with beautiful pools, plenty of activities, and a relaxed atmosphere. We couldn't fault it and would happily stay here again.
