"The room was clean. The property is beautiful. The buildings are in need of maintenance. Our balcony was in poor condition. Construction noise from within the King Mansion went on throughout our stay, starting one morning prior to 7:00 a.m and another morning at 8:00 a.m."

"I enjoyed the location but was disappointed that I was charged a parking fee. I did not park a vehicle on their property. I did not have a discussion about parking on check in. The charge appeared after check out. I tried to have it corrected and was not successful and a few dollars were taken off. I am not really sure how this is ethical or even legal."

"From check in to check out, The Sonesta is top tier! Their rooms are beautiful and clean. The bar is gorgeous and perfect for a drink. I especially loved the $15/day credit to use either at the bar, restaurant or cafe. The staff responds to any request quickly and efficiently. The pool is divine with it's heating and the many windows and skylights let in such great sun; perfect for lounging poolside. My only complaint is the inconsistent pool hours.
