"Enjoyed our stay at Crown Plaza Leeds. Reception staff friendly and we were met with ice cold juice & cake which the children enjoyed. Pool is a good size. Rooms comfortable. We ate in the restaurant, food was delicious, staff were great. Our only negative feedback was the staff member on the leisure club reception did not speak to guests and interact with them in the same warmth and politeness as the other people we met. But overall really good stay and would recommend the hotel to others."

"On arriving staff were friendly we stayed in the family room on ground floor the room was clean and very spacious had everything we needed for our weekend break location was very convenient especially just a short 15 minute drive to Heaton Park for the parklife 2025 event the pub attached where we had an excellent breakfast plenty of selection and staff again were amazing as too was the pub grub on the evening an all in all fantastic place to stay will most definitely stay again well done boat...
