"Lovely hotel, would definitely stay again!"

"Provided a spotless room in area away from any celebrants: b'day, Hen, wedding (weekend in active, busy Leeds). Quiet, good shower, bed comfortable. As usual in UK, heavy duvet, no top sheet so able to adjust a/c for comfort. Why heavy weight duvets in ALL hotels? Only fault, typical: no adequate reading lights at beds! Travelers don't read? Again, not just QUEENS! An excellent stay."

"Stayed with my 2 dogs. Had a ground floor room not far from the lobby which made for easy access. Room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Price was very competitive but disappointed with the extra money charged for each dog. I realise that some owners are not very responsible but charging for each dog seems excessive."

"It was okay, but not as good as expected. Pros: The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the shower had decent water pressure. Rooms more premium than "standard" benefit from late checkout (1PM), which was great. Cons: The underground car park was full on my arrival, with additional cars parked outside the bays- I had to park somewhere else. The room had no AC. The breakfast buffet was rather disappointing."

"Very poor experience, you walk in and you have to fill out crap on the touch pad and then walk over to the car park paying machine, check in should be quick, 2 minutes, all the faffing around takes 10 minutes. The extra £4 parking is a complete scam ....... If you use the gym is £28 per month with free parking every night. You pay £95 per room and you pay £4 parking -SCAM .... SCAM Never again, I have stayed several times but no more."

"Public areas and services were good but there was a wedding reception the first night of our stay so the music was loud and intrusive whilst we were having a drink in the bar area. Customer service and food were good. We were not impressed with our Superior room. Both the room and the bathroom were small, particularly the bathroom. The position of the heated towel rail meant it was very difficult to reach. The wardrobe wooden sliding doors were heavy and very difficult to move."

"Worst place with the worst attitude manager. Stayed here before we flew the next day. Spa wasn't open as work was going on. That was fine, however I ran a bath and the water was brown with lots of dirt in. Ran the shower. Exactly the same. Went to reception to be told nothing they could so. Requested a refund as this was unacceptable to be put in a room with no working water. Got £50 pound back. I wasn't happy with this so spoke to the manager the next morning who was very defensive and said...

"Very comfortable beds. Good standard budget hotel.. Little traffic noise with window closed. Decent breakfast.Dog Friendly. Tip for dog owners...behind the hotel there is a grassed area. In the corner you'll find a path through the bushes. It leads to open countryside where you can give your dog a decent walk off the lead."

"Upon first entering the reception is nice. It looks to have had a recent refurb. The receptionist was welcoming. We were given a room on the third floor, there is a lift. The layout of the hotel was like a rabbit warren a confusing at times, but we found our way around. Upon entering the room it had a lounge, bathroom and bedroom, which would have been lovely. Unfortunately it was very tired and in need of a good clean, paint and new carpets / curtains. The hotel looks to be part way through a...

"Lovely situation - large room that was clean. However walking in it felt quite down at heel, a bit like a scruffy airport waiting area. We ate in the restaurant on arrival - the food was edible. However, the staff at reception and in the restaurant were welcoming and attentive."
