"Fabulous resort, will return. The only downside was that there was a couple of strains of hair in the tub, and the grout was dark, so a remodel of the bath was needed to keep up with the fabulous room and property. Would give it a 4.75 out of 5. We went with our dog and everyone couldn't have been nicer. I would recommend this resort to all."

"Nothing was unique The toilet had not been cleaned for quite some time. There was mold around the toilet water. The front desk person at check out in the morning was not very pleasant. The landscaping needed weeding"

"Bathtub would not drain, so when I took a shower there would be water up around my ankles. The snacks during their happy hour...were very very old stale crackers, cheese, pretzels, and fritos. The drinks were good!"

"This hotel is clearly older despite the reviews online I probably would not have stayed here. It is undergoing construction. Our room was freshly painted, and that was a plus. It was clean. Front counter staff were helpful."

"Stayed one night on way to Outer Banks. It was ok. Very few others on property. Ate dinner at the gold club. Tournament was just over and while the food was great, it was extremely noisy!! Will not need to return to this hotel."

"The resort was clean but my room had a mouse in it and the issue wasn't addressed after talking to 3 employees. So my stay was not pleasurable. The golf course was beautiful. I won't be staying again."

"Some pet rooms are cleaner than others. I guess this to be expected but I would also expect a deeper cleaning for rooms that need it. Usually have a positive experience here but the last pet room we had was below acceptable standard with a bad odor and damp rug due to blasting AC unit. We did not complain bc it was an overnight stay and we got in pretty late. Will not deter us bc as I said we usually have a positive experience here! The staff are ALWAYS friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast...

"We go to the Blennerhasset each year for a family reunion in the area. Go to the Blennerhassett Island - it's a "must." We LOVE the speakeasy. Ask about it at the front desk. Highly recommend it for a nightcap or longer. Mackenzie was our bartender last visit and she did an amazing job jugging orders, being amusing, and also working the speakeasy door. We'll be back."
