"We stayed for 2 nights. The check-in process was smooth and the staff member who checked us in was kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable of Brighton. The room is basic but good for the price. The walls were however, dirty with what could have been coffee sprayed on the walls. But the washroom was clean. "A beautiful boutique hotel- our room made us feel treated to lovely holiday as it had a good sized traveller fridge, tasteful decor, was cheery and bright, super comfortable bending and bed, quiet space quite close to the waterfront. Wonderful area for walking and many places to dine and shop close by. Loved this place and highly recommend it! "

"View from the room was outstanding! Definitely worth visiting the hotel for this. Big comfy bed also. Location great on the seafront. Could hear noise from outside / other guests, but personally this didn't bother me. Hotel in general is tired around the edges, could do with a spruce up especially for the price you pay. Disappointing dinner in the restaurant - much better on offer in Brighton, would venture out. "

"The bathroom was dirty and had a foul smell because it was not cleaned after somebody else checked out. There was a sanitary pad rotting in the bin. We had to call reception at night to remove the bin. Very unfriendly staff too. They work in hospitality and should have a welcoming charater. Breakfast was ok "

"Das Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend, Englisches Frühstück für 12 Pfund pro Person ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Es gab nur eine Wurst ein Schinken zwei Sorten Käse und dann klassisches warmes Essen, aber keine Gurken ,Tomaten oder Paprika. Positiv ist aber die möglich keit ein Omelett frisch mit drei zusatz Zutaten nach Wahl zu erhalten."
