"Convenient location with Parking close to Gatwick airport. Spacious rooms and a lovely deep bath!
The pool was a nice bonus although the steam room wasn’t working.
The staff were helpful and polite.
4.5 miles from Gatwick and great value for money."

"Dusty room in areas. Rubbish behind bedside cabinet. Couldn’t get to plug easily to charge my phone as it was behind the cabinet and when pulled out there was thick dust and rubbish behind it. No deep clean for a long time.
Dirty windows, old cobwebs around it. Pool was not in use so very disappointed as we had stayed there for this reason. "

"Beautiful building but lack of attention to detail. Upon arrival in spa, went to make a cup of hot tea and there was no sugar or stir sticks or spoons. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub before massage and it was like a barely warm bath plus the jets were spraying up at your face so you couldn’t sit without getting water in the face. Two lockers didn’t work. The massage staff was friendly but it was definitely fluff and buff- not much pressure so that was a disappointment. The main restaurant was fully...
