"I have become a recent convert to the Holiday Inn. The Birmingham Airport NEC is no exception. The hotel has well-equipped rooms with decent showers and good air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and there is no noise from the airport. There is plenty of parking, even arriving at 8pm. I was impressed with the lounge facilities that had a bar and TVs. The breakfast was good and the service exceptional (Nishu, Padma and colleagues)."

Despite arriving at midnight, wee were courteously taken care of and sorted out. I’m really picky about hotels and this is keeper!!!! Great job. "
