"I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment. "Hotel is located in the city center, on the top of the mall. It is easily accessible, big parking lot. 5 minutes from train station. The staff is very helpful, open door, carrying your bags, speaking English! Very patient with tourists and understanding. The hotel smells very good, in the elevators also always fresh.
