the receptionist is helpful, the food is so so but the service is fast. definitely on the more expensive side of hotel price in bandung, but the location is quite good if you're looking to go to dago and its suroundings

帰りの電車の都合もあるため、チェックイン時にレイトチェックアウトをお願いした。滞在中に満室になりレイトチェックアウトができなくなる恐れがあるため、先に追加チャージを支払おうとしたが、受付スタッフは支払いはチェックアウト時で良いと言った。念の為チェックアウト前日にレイトチェックアウトの件を確認したら、満室のため不可と言われた。チェックイン時に言われたことを説明し、交渉した結果、レイトチェックアウトは可能になったが、追加チャージ代の釣り銭が無いなど散々だった。あと洗面台シンクの水捌けがかなり悪いし、セーフティーボックス修理は3回依頼してようやくエンジニアが来た。部屋はきれいでお湯も出る。

従業員は笑顔で応対してくれてとても感じが良いです。部屋もキレイで特に問題はありません。TVは部屋のサイズからするともう少し大きくても良いかも。立地も街中or郊外へ行くのに程よい位置だと思います。何れにしても値段からすれは大満足です。

出張＆週末観光で利用

初めてのバンドゥン出張で利用しました。ダブルルームに宿泊。 部屋も十分の広さで快適・清潔で、ケーブルテレビも４０チャンネル以上見れます。シャワーの水圧も強く、日本人にはうれしいトイレのウォシュレット付！(冷水のみですが南国なので全く問題なし）。朝食は普通ですが、インドネシア料理とパン類、鶏おかゆがあり、私には十分でした。 地のソールフードやフルーツが安価で買えるダゴへは徒歩5分ほど。わたしは得意先との会食以外の夕食はここで済ませていました。羊のナシゴレンは150円程。500円で食べきれないほど満腹です。 ホテルのならびには多くの靴屋（アメリカブランド工場横流し品）、コンビニ、レストランが多く便利です。おそらく世界で一番安くVans、Nike、アシックスが買えます。 多くのインターナショナルブランドが入るモールへは車で15分ほど（Paris Van Javaなど）。次回のバンドゥン出張では必ずまた泊まりたいと思いました。 豪華さ、きらびやかさを求めていない観光目的の方にもおすすめです。

Bandung is using powerpoint with 2 holes only.

Room is clean, bed is comfortable, water heater and air-con is working fine. Tv channels has many selection but i am not able to switch off the indonesia auto audio translating which come after english, all function has been search and change to english only but to no avail. Receptionist staff who works on working hour have a good attitude than midnight staff. The room powerpoint is different with Singapore. It has only 2 holes. When contact receptionist, i was told that they ran out of the converter as many guests have borrowed first. I would like to compliment security guard for their good service and attitude. Overall, i still like this hotel.

Pleasant and enjoyable stay.

It was a very comfortable stay and the staff were excellent. Very friendly and very helpful. All the staff were very jovial. Breakfast was not very good though. Should have some pastries. Not everybody eats beef so there should be less beef. Only beef sausages were available.
