"Love to stay here when visiting my daughter at UM. Staff is alway friendly and the rooms are super clean. Love the quiet atmosphere, gives me a space to relax and rest after a 4 hour drive. "

"Breakfast was fresh but pretty basic. Simple continental with bagels muffins, cereal, yogurt coffee and juices. There were shoos and restaurants with close proximity. Not far from down town with many food and shopping options."

"Nice hotel located walking distance from many restaurants and cafes, just know that if you have a car and are staying a few days it can get expensive since the valet is $40 per day. Otherwise you can park in another location and it costs per hour which end up being something similar. Other than that the hotel is nice and staff is quite friendly."

"Once we walked in, everything was so incredibly clean and smelled good. Check-in was smooth and the room was soo clean. Bed was comfortable as well. I didnt want to get up in the morning. "

"The hotel was under construction which wasn't even the problem. The room was nice two queen beds with tv mini fridge desk one chair. I originally booked the hotel for the pool area which is super kid friendly however when we got there i was laying on the one lounge chair in the pool area and ants started crawling on me I then began to inspect the pool area and there were ants everywhere even crawling in the pool towel area. I informed staff about the problem and they said they were sending...

"This building was beautiful and very clean. The room was also clean and very comfortable beds. The breakfast looked amazing with many choices to choose from. I will be staying here again!"

"We had a wonderful three night stay however the one day we were out all day, our room did not get cleaned. We did have the Do Not Disturb sign on until about 9am but then were out all day and hoped to have fresh towels and toilet paper when we returned. My husband was able to go to the front desk though and bring back towels and toilet paper. Loved the chocolate chip cookies we were given on arrival"

"The room was dirty, the hot tub I would never even try to get in as it looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The entire room smelled like cigarettes. The two end tables next to the bed with the laps were not plugged in and there was no plug to plug them in. The floor felt so dirty. The shower door was full of soap scum and the floor was dirty I had to put towel down to stand on to shower. I will never stay here again. The pictures on line look nothing like the property. "

"Staff were fine, they let us check in early the first night, which was nice. The room was pretty clean, minus some weird stains around the bathroom (hair dye? Lipstick? Idk). The toilet plug had problems Sealing- had to jiggle it or it would keep running. None of that was a big deal for me. Check in/out was smooth, room was pretty clean, which was all we really needed. Great value from that perspective. The only real downside was that the door didn't seal - there was noticeable light coming...
