"It was a good location but it’s a pet friendly hotel so the minute we walked in to our room it smelled like dog! I think maybe they should consider cleaning there carpet to make the room smell cleaner!"

"No elevator 😭 Spent all day walking around Seattle to come back to our hotel to no working elevator. We were on the 25th floor! Workers didn’t really seem to care or worry about how guests were going to get from lobby to rooms.. and the add to that.. stairs were outside of the building and for someone with young children and a fear of heights.. it’s something we will not risk again. Very disappointed. And we were even offered a discount for our room.."

"The room was small, no frills, but exactly what I needed. It was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. There were amenities in the hall for everyone's use that were perfect. Public spaces were clean and nice. Excellent location. All in all a great experience. Thank you!"

"Great location. The pictures on Expedia are misleading and look newer and nice. When you start to really look around the room, it just felt gross to be honest. The sliding glass door was stained and seal broke, so couldn’t even see out of it, shower was moldy, hot water heating leaking onto bathroom floor, about 10 big flies in room we had to kill. It was hot during day but couldn’t open windows because screen left big gaps for more flies. I’m sure it was all nice at one time, but it’s...
