"Very basic hotel but great location close to beaches and Watch Hill. Note that the two king deluxe penthouse rooms are on the fourth floor and the elevator stop at the third floor so you must walk one flight. There seemed to be only one ice machine and set of vending machines on the first floor of the main housing unit. The continental breakfast is more of a snack room. There is a restaurant next-door, but it seems to be open only in the evenings, perhaps for lunch on the weekends. Note that...

"Wonderful location, our room had a fabulous ocean view. The balcony was delightful. We only wish the door to the balcony or any of the windows had a screen; we would have loved to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves."
