"The property along with the amenities are the nicest on the strip,however the rooms are small And outdated. The rooms are not cleaned everyday, the staff provided new towels every day but did not make the beds everyday."

"This is our 3rd year here and they’ve made multiple upgrades around the resort. The staff is always helpful and quick to respond. My only issue was they advertise as smoke free but there were people smoking cigarettes and marijuana on the lake and outdoor sitting areas. If it’s not going to be enforced then create smoking areas/rooms."

"The staff I talked to, which was usually the same gentleman, he was absolutely amazing and the sweetest!! I was extremely nervous about checking in because I’ve had some very rude people in the past but he was absolutely great and accommodating!! The only issue I had was the WiFi wasn’t the best but that was the least of my worries."

"This was a nice stay at a nice hotel but definitely not worth the price of over 500 a night especially when I was supposed to have a bathtub and a couch in the room and I didn’t have either of those things. It did have a nice shower though. Also in the section we stayed at it is not very historical. I’m not sure if they took out what was the original or what was going on? The person that checked us in wasn’t the friendliest, she wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t friendly either and for customer...

"Very limited storage space in the room. No closet no dresser. The biggest let down was no fitness center. I would expect a place like this to have a gym. The room was overpriced."
