I had a partial ocean view from the balcony. the funiture on the balcony was disgusting as well.The toilet was running throughout the entire stay. "Location wise it’s great! Literally right on the beach. The day time staff was super nice! The lady who works the night shift is RUDE and can tell she clearly hates her job. The rooms aren’t super great. The first room we were in, the ceiling was bubbling and cracked. When it rained for half a day, we had to switch rooms bc the roof was leaking. However, the carpet could have used a deeper cleaning, and we unfortunately spotted a cockroach in the elevator, which was disappointing. The staff were helpful overall. I had requested a 5th-floor room, but upon arrival, I discovered the view was almost completely blocked (inland-facing with obstructions)....
