"Good location walkable distance to CittCity Centre and train stations. We selected a room with a balcony that can see the Matterhorn but it’s a big pity that there is a construction crane in the foreground during our stay. Breakfast area is very cosy."

"친절한 직원들 깨끗하고 청결한 시설들 모두 좋음 작년에도...내년에도 다시 방문할 예정임"

"Very nice hotel. The town of Zermatt is very small so you can basically walk everywhere or take the city transit."

"Excellent"

"It was a very nice cute and relaxing getaway kind of place with great views of the mountains and great spa!"

"We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a beautiful mountain view. The property itself is lovely, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Plus, everything in the area was convenient and within walking distance!"

"Looked just like the photos. Nice personalized items and plugs for devices. Very nice stay. Easy access to transportation system."

"Have no regret to booked myself a solo trip for 2 nights in this marvellous hotel. Great front desk staffs at welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable with nice Mountain View. Perfect location with less than 150m from the train station and surrounded with lots of shops. Hotel facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are great especially on the rainy which I could not do much activities out door. Well, if the opening time for these facilities can be extended till 10pm, will be better....

"Just so so"

"Amazing place, the spa is truly incredible and the service is 5 stars. It's right on Zermatt city centre, 3 mins from train station. Totally recommend it"

"4 min walk from train station. Make a right out of train station. Second side street after McDonalds. Not located on main street. Breakfast, check in and out out of Hotel simi which is at the end of the same street on right side, 10 sec walk. Excellent stay. Matterhorn was white out and has free bus to hotel. About 30 min if you walk. But we did train Gornegrat. Leaves from train station. Dont miss the zoom and virtual paragliding up there. Trains every 20 min."
