"Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery -...

"Staff was very attentive. I arrived about two hours before check in but was told my room wasn’t ready. They held my luggage for me while I went shopping. Hotel is in a great location walkable distance from large shopping area.
When I returned, I was checked in and received my bags no problem. When I went into the Penthouse suite, it was clean upon first glance however, I started to notice smudgs on countertops, a sponge on the floor below the staircase and the kitchen garabage can was filthy....
