"Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery -...

"The room was exceptional - very clean, everything was flash and modern. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. A female staff member at the front desk and breakfast female staff member were not as friendly. I dealt with the two of them and I felt like I was an inconvenience. The shuttle driver, the front desk male of Asian appearance and another staff member of Caucasian appearance were super friendly."

"The room was aged and not up to the cleanliness standards one would expect based on location and price point. It was the third apartment style hotel we stayed in on this visit to Australia and the least outfitted in terms of kitchen supplies. There was no coffee maker."
