The only negative comment about my recent stay was I paid for an “accessible” room, as I need the larger bathroom to move easily and safely, but was given a standard small room. "The spa bath in the room was tiny, smaller the my standard tub at home, with a shower over it. It wasn't very high standard. The room was made up on after night 1, thought dirty cups were left behind and bathroom amenities were not replenished. Generally the room was comfortable, though for the prove point was disappointed with the finishings"
