"Leider keine 4 Sterne wert. Die Unterkunft war ansicht nicht schlecht, für jemanden, der für das Geld nichzs anderes gewohnt ist. Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Die extras sind übertrieben teuer. WLan für 5€ AM TAG, Sonnenliegen mit Schirm am Strand für 36 € AM TAG. Minigolf auf einen abgenutzen Parcours für 5€ PRO PERSON und das ist nir ein kleiner Einblick. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir nur lauwarmes Wasser zum Spühlen. Am 2 Tag schon einen Rohbruch in der Küche. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and fresh food every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice."

"Pros: the staff were very helpful and professional, rooms were clean and safe, the hotel is close to the water boats that was a plus so you can move and visit different places around Venice for cheap, breakfast was great, we pay for it but it was great to start with a great breakfast before leaving for tours around Venice. Cons: only one good option for good restaurant, the one inside the hotel. Other restaurants around no good ones, the rooms in the hotel are very small, we have a queen plus a twin size bed and we barely have extra room for walking. Only one drawer for clothes, we had to choose one change of clothes every day and kept the rest in our suitcase because there was no room for it in the room."

"I'm really glad that I decided to stay in B&B hotel Venezia Laguna for my May 2026 trip. The hotel is very clean with nice breakfast, the breakfast area has great views and also has good Pizza for dinner. It's less than 5 min walk from Tronchetto (not Tronchetto Mercato) water bus station. It's in a quite area with great ocean view. easy to get to anywhere using water bus. I really like the Hotel."

"Hotel con aspecto bastante antiguo, solo pude encontrar 1 enchufe y estaba al lado de la puerta del cuarto en el suelo. El aire no enfriaba y la bañera se inundaba, sin hablar del recibimiento estricto en recepción, sobre el check in extremadamente puntual a las 2pm ni un solo minuto antes sin importar si la habitación ya esta disponible."

"Very interesting place - so great to be able to sit outside! The main staff person at breakfast was grumpy and almost rude. Such a contrast to the front desk staff who were lovely. We had issues with the shower drain g and the drain was disgustingly clogged with hair :(. Ewwww. Fantastic location!!! A bit expensive for what we got, however the location was wonderful."

"The hotel is new and beautifully done. It’s in a nice location away from the crowds in San Marco Piazza. The customer service at the hotel was poor, they didn’t care. We were jet lagged and overslept one of the days when our alarm did not go off. We missed breakfast and they even refused to give us a cup of coffee. They also charge 15 Euros for a water shuttle which is crazy since everyone takes the shuttle since that’s the only way to get to the hotel. Overall, disappointed by the poor customer service at the hotel."
