"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"

Overall a great hotel. We had some issues with our sink - the pipe kept coming undone and water would pour out and into the bathroom. Other than that, all good."

"We spent four nights in a double room with breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and exactly as we would have expected for this hotel. Breakfast was quite good but as a small hotel lacked some of the breadth of options that might be found in larger establishments. The extra charging for egg orders was a shame. "This is great and beautiful place to stay. Room is clean, simple but really good and you have everything you need around, also easy access to the public transport. However you need to avoid the rooms which is close to the road. Beside the camp is highway and nearest rooms is feels so noisy inside , hard to handle. But we have changed the room in the middle and it was just perfect."

"I have never stayed in this hotel and I would place it at about 3.5-4 stars. It is nothing fancy and we had a double suite which had absolutely no light as well as being painted a very dark teal. There is no frills here but the property is nice. nothing wrong with the hotel. I think i was expecting a little more for the price."
