"Great hotel in an excellent location to explore the city. Friendly staff and outstanding breakfast that was well maintained by staff."

"Spa was unfortunately useless to us, too complicated all in all to just enjoy as a hotel guest. It's basically a different company within the hotel with it's own pricing, actions and limited opening hours, so not spontaneously enjoyable. The room wasn't cleaned properly two times and generally we did not enjoy the room with a view without natural day light. The breakfast was lovely and the atrium restaurant was really good too! The parking was good too."

"Very good value for money, modern, clean, close to tram and bus links (recommend getting a travel card), multiple supermarkets and other shops within walking distance. Basic but functional kitchen, coffee pod machine. Great base for family stay in Gothenburg for a few nights. Would return!"

"Die Anfahrt fand ich etwas kompliziert. Aktuell (2026) sind in der Gegend des Hotels viele Baustellen. Ohne Navi hat man da keine Chance. Es war für mich nicht möglich, direkt in die Tiefgarage des Hotels zu fahren, weil ich erst beim Checkin den Zugangscode bekommen habe (Es gibt auch Kennzeichenerkennung, die hat für mich aber nicht funktioniert). Ich hätte gerne vorher einen Platz reserviert, das war aber nicht möglich. Die Tiefgarage selbst ist aber großzügig und mit vielen Auto-Ladeboxen...

"Lovely, fun and sassy place to stay. Adults only. The room was incredibly quiet being so close to the city and trains. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was really good, and the roofbar very lively. The room needed some maintenance, which we told the front desk about. I'd recommend asking for a quiet room on the canal side, which seemed quieter than the train side, and definitely not having a room over the bar next door, which seemed to go late into the morning. "Perfect room, perfect location, perfect service. For foreign travelers (especially Americans) parking is with apps all over Sweden. Luckily most parking lots work with one or two apps and they mostly use the same apps. However, debit cards are preferred and the apps use two factor authorization, so it is advisable to have a Sweden phone number in your phone."
