"Amazing hotel with huge rooms and black out shutters. Two huge and great pools with outside showers. Very helpful staff and great food and drinks.
I recommend asking the front desk for a taxi to where you’re going as Uber is more expensive and takes too long.

"The facility is beautiful, beach was close by. The pool area was very nice. Too full with people reserving their chairs with towels even though hotel etiquette was clear you can't do that. The drinks are quite expensive but good and generous in portion.
Staff is amazing, attentive, available and knowledgeable.
I would skip the in-house restaurant and go to local restaurants for dinner, the concierge had amazing recommendations. The breakfast buffet was great and worth the price.

"Excellent location, very clean hotel with good-sized rooms and facilities.
Rooms are soundproofed from each other but corridor noise can be heard. Doors slam if allowed to close automatically.
Good assortment of breakfast food but bacon needs a jackhammer to cut it, mushrooms and fried eggs tend to be very greasy.
The room Wi-Fi was poor, often dropping out completely or loading extremely slowly.
Staff are excellent - friendly, helpful and professional. Domestic staff did a first class job of...
